- Puree of Spinach and Asparagus soup served with savoury flatbread
- Baby Arugula salad topped with grilled fennel, grape tomatos, roasted peppers, kalamata olives and sauteed asparagus…splashed with a roasted garlic and citrus vinaigrette and sprinkled with feta and toasted pine nuts.
- AAA grade 8oz Filet Mignon stuffed with wild mushrooms and cambonzola cheese and wrapped in prosciutto… topped with a roasted garlic and herb compound butter.
- Fresh sauteed brocollini served with toasted almonds and lemon accents
- Individual heirloom potato and caramelized shallot packets.
